With more than 70 years of industrial experience and innovative vision, Özpet has been serving in the sector for 23 years. In this journey of five generations, our company, which has adopted quality and customer satisfaction as the basic principle, has managed to reach a leading position in the sector.
In our modern facility with a production area of 4,000 m² in Afyonkarahisar, we provide world-class service in the production of pet bottles and plastic packaging. With our new investments to be commissioned in 2025, we aim to increase our annual production capacity from 14,400 tons to 26,000 tons by increasing our closed area capacity to 22,000 m². Our company, which also holds the FSSC certificate, provides services using advanced technology production infrastructure with its experienced and well-equipped staff of 280 people working with food safety awareness, and continues to make a difference in the sector by adopting an innovation-oriented approach.
We meet all of our energy needs with renewable resources thanks to our 7.2 MW solar power plant (SPP) project, which we built on an area of 154,500 m² in Afyonkarahisar with our environmentally friendly production approach by placing sustainability at the center of our business model.
In this journey that we started from Anatolia, we are the largest jar line plastic factory in Turkey and Europe, and we export our products to many countries in Africa and the world, especially America and Canada.
In addition to our in-house production models in different locations such as Adana, Balıkesir and Tekirdağ, we offer services to a wide customer network by increasing efficiency and quality with the R-in-house model we apply in Gaziantep. Thanks to this system, we provide a closer service to our customers and produce fast and effective solutions to their demands. We also demonstrate our sensitivity and responsibility to the environment by reducing carbon emissions from transportation.
With the R-in-house production model we have developed specifically for the needs of our customers, we transfer the systems we have installed to our enterprises with in-house production systems, enabling them to manage their own production processes. In addition, we continue to support our customers with our semi-finished product supply service and offer sustainable production solutions.
